Includes customers outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)

DOA (dead on arrival)

Professional installation by licensed and insured technicians is strongly recommended

If damage occurs during installation (voiding warranty):

You may return the item for store credit equivalent to a refurbished unit, minus inbound shipping

Item is evaluated and a refurbished unit quote is issued
