Returns Policy Overview

  • Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis

  • To start a return, contact Solar Ray Solutions at: support@solarraysolutions.com

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, including images and videos to speed up resolution

  • Once your request is received, the team will begin processing it

  • If you received the wrong item and need an exchange, contact customer service at the same email

New & Unused Products

  • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery

    • After 90 days → eligible for store credit only

  • All original accessories must be included

  • Subject to up to a 15% restocking fee

  • Solar Ray Solutions will:

    • Cover return shipping

    • Provide return documentation

  • Customer is responsible for:

    • Packaging and palletizing materials (if needed)

Used & Installed Products

  • Must begin with technical support troubleshooting before RMA approval

    • Contact: support@solarraysolutions.com

  • Product requirements:

    • Fully functioning

    • Includes all original accessories and packaging

    • Must pass inspection for resale condition

  • Return conditions:

    • Must be initiated within 90 days

    • After 90 days → eligible for store credit or replacement of equal value

  • Subject to up to a 20% restocking fee (if item is in working condition)

  • Solar Ray Solutions will:

    • Cover return shipping

    • Provide return documentation

  • Customer is responsible for packaging materials

International Returns

  • Includes customers outside the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories)

  • Returns may require special handling, especially for large items

  • Solar Ray Solutions is not responsible for:

    • Additional shipping-related charges

    • Brokerage fees, customs, or duties

  • If product is:

    • DOA (dead on arrival)

    • Manufacturer defective

    • Mishandled by Solar Ray Solutions
      → The company will work with you to resolve the issue

  • Shipping notes:

    • Small items: USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground

    • Large items: FedEx Freight only

  • Returns without RMA approval will not be accepted

Used & Installed Products – Good Faith Policy

  • Professional installation by licensed and insured technicians is strongly recommended

  • If damage occurs during installation (voiding warranty):

    • You may return the item for store credit equivalent to a refurbished unit, minus inbound shipping

  • Process details:

    • Solar Ray Solutions provides inbound shipping documentation

    • Item is evaluated and a refurbished unit quote is issued

    • Customer pays outbound shipping cost

    • Replacement is shipped after payment
